Assignments:

Assignment 1 Due Friday, Jan. 30  in class: Review of Planet Web Sites. (10 points; approximately 10% of your "assignments" grade) Visit three of the internet sites listed under "Planets" on the class links page. Browse around and see what each site had to offer. Write a 1/2 to 1 page review of each site. What kinds of information does it have? What is the level of detail? What kind of images or graphics does it have? How might this site be useful in other assignments about the planets? Rate the site in terms of its overall usefulness. Consider: 1) the quality of the information an 2) the quantity of the information. Give each site a "star rating", with 5 stars begin the best. Remember to use these sites in later assignments!
